While the bulk of each item consists of Aloe Vera (80% aloe vera, 20% other ingredients if I'm not mistaken) the rest of it contains natural ingredients beneficial for that particular function. For example, the aloe vera and chamomile shower gel contains mainly aloe vera, with some chamomile and other skin cleansing, soothing and softening components for an excellent shower gel. Likewise with the other products in the Aloe Vera 80 range.
Aloe vera is great for the hair as well as the skin, hence its usefulness in hair care products as well.

I used that when I was pregnant with my first child as well. Not for rashes, but to prevent stretchmarks. Back then, I had time to pamper myself. No screaming kids demanding my attention all the time. Every night at bed time, I"d slather aloe vera gel over my growing belly. Baby was huge. Other brands do as well. I use jorubi too. As long as the gel is colorless and more than 99% pure aloe vera, it would do as well.
